Journal Entry #3 (Digital Rights and Responsibilities)

1. I found most surprising was the responsibilities  you had I didn't know we had those rights of the internet. 
2. When it comes to the internet, people are stupid and don't know how to act. They use the internet to the . People do not act responsible when it comes to being on line. 
3.  I think the most important one I created I think is the 'Thou shall not bully online.

      4. The biggest issue in digital rights is  with young people these days would probably be downloading stuff they should not be downloading.
